Feb. 11th, 2014 09:30 amMost of the time, Jim could roll with the island's punches. He could be a girl or a child or something and not be that affected in the aftermath. But after something like that? Well, he was a little grouchy about a few things. He didn't really like having his whole personality changed, thanks. Stupid island.
He'd slept most of yesterday but he thought he was calm enough to face the world today. Facing the world being eating some cereal while he sat at his desk and stared at the wall. He wasn't even thinking about the fact that the girl he'd...done things with (again) had a face just like his mom or that he was going to have to explain this to someone else at some point because lying would just be a stupid thing to do.
Jim was thinking about nothing at all because that was how he rolled. Repression. Lather, rinse, repress, repeat, eat cereal, stare at the wall, repeat again.
Good thing he'd gotten a huge bowl of cereal, right?
